I just read a read about this on scrapbook.com. Apparently there is a demand (since there are at least 2 manufacturers) out there for products like this.

I could not send my child to school with one of these........There is going to be some incident where some kid is rushed to the hospital after he gets beat up and this is sticking outta his backside........
