I had the best day today. First.... I slept in. Then... I woke up to a beautiful world covered in a blanket of snow. Then I headed over to Tim and Kristie's house to pick up my mom to go Christmas shopping and was rewarded by extreme baby snuggles and smiles from Kaelyn, AKA the cutest effin' baby ever (since mine, of course...lol).
Mom and I shopped til we dropped and had lunch at the Olive Garden. My spoon was dirty, so my whole meal was free... which I argued was a bit much, but the waitresses insisted. Woo hoo!!
It was crazy out there today, but I never went to the "bad place" ....ok.... maybe I ALMOST got to the "bad place" at Toys R Us, but felt it coming and hightailed it outta there!
I am FINALLY done shopping an can enjoy the weekend. (I am pretending that I have already wrapped everything. Maybe if I pretend long enough they will wrap themselves)
Giants/Jets tomorrow. Gonna be a nail bitah!! GO JETS!!!

Spoiler Alert: I am a downer.
I haven't blogged in ages, so I should.
Why not... you ask? (ok, you didn't, but I am answering you anyway)
In a bit of a funk the past few weeks. Not really feeling the whole Christmas thing this year. The kids are older and don't seem to care as much. They have nothing exciting on their wishlists because the days of them DYING to have that 'tickle-me-Elmo-Zsu-Zsu-Pet-Wii-cabbage-patch-kid' are gone. I LOVED the hunt. I LOVED the Black Friday craziness trying to grab deals and fight crowds, but I didn't go this year and I think I really need that big 'Holiday Season Kick-off.' Sean hasn't admitted it yet, but he certainly must not believe in Santa anymore. Confession: I am not even CLOSE to done with my xmas shopping.
Also. I miss running. WTF, right? Never thought I would hear myself say that. It's too dark in the morning and after work to run right now. And it's also just too fucking cold. I went for a run on Sunday and couldn't feel my legs for 2 hours afterwards. I REALIZE I can get-a-headlight/reflective vest-run-on-a-treadmill. It's not the same. At all. If I were only running for exercise, then those aforementioned things would indeed be "just excuses," but I run because I enjoy the experience running outdoors (without the snot freezing in my nose or the cold air piercing my lungs like needles).
Oh yeah and also.... The Jets suck and I want to line them up and smack them one-by-one right now.

Blogging
I was just looking at my blog. In 2007 I blogged 329 times! Holy shit that is like almost a blog a day. So far this year I have blogged only 20 times. it's really facebook's fault. But I have to admit there are times when I do miss writing, especially since I am not taking any classes right now and I actually do miss writing papers and essays and doing projects. I also miss reading everyone else's blogs... freakin' facebook. There is a huge difference between reading someone's rambling writings and reading one witty (not not-so-witty) thing a day that they feel like sharing. (Rick being the exception to this... of course. He FB posts just like he used to blog LOL)
I am camera researching/window shopping. My camera just isn't cuttin' the mustard anymore. It's terrible in even slightly low light, and it's just not fast enough. We are doing more and more photo shoots lately, and I have enough of an inferiority complex about my photography as it is without adding in the fact that I know that I am going to be battling with my camera through the whole shoot.
P.S. How freakin' cute is my niece!!!!!!?????

Football, Soccer, Weddings, and MORE!!
FOOTBALL IS BACK!! J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!!
Tom and Jody are MARRIED! YAY THEM!! :) The wedding was absolutely perfect and SO FUN!! I am so happy for them!! Nicole and Jessi and I did the photography. Nicole did most of the heavy lifting though, since I was in the ceremony. Much props to her!! She rules!!
Speaking of our photography... we actually started a website for it since we seem to get more and more jobs trickling in. So that's kind of exciting too :)

OK OK. That post was a little dramatic
I have gone for a run, cleared my head, and all is well. Weird how that happens. In all honesty... obviously I feel fantastic. While on my run tonight a lady on my run route stopped and waited for me while getting her mail to tell me that she sees me out running all the time and always says to herself "YOU GO GIRL!!!"
I am wearing the smallest size I have worn since college, my husband can't keep his hands off me and I have NOTHING to complain about.
I thought about deleting that other post... but... I'm all about keepin' it real. And crazy IS my real ;-)
Moral of my post....
-Say nice things to strangers, you may make their day!
-If you feel like you want to kill someone, and like the whole world hates you... go for a walk...run.... skip... hop.... bike ride....

Disenchanted for no reason whatsoever.
Wow, I may have become the ultimate blog slacker.
I am still on my "no eating all day plan" ...but I am a little "eh" about it today. I have lost 17-20 pounds, depending on the scale and the time of day. It's been 11 weeks. That's an average of around 1.5 pounds a week. I could've done that without these drastic measures. Probably. For some reason this is easier to stick to. And I am not a Nazi about it on the weekends and stuff, so it just seems easy. I think maybe it's because I have no self control. So by not allowing myself to eat all day, and only eating one meal, I never get on the slippery slope of "Oh well... already ruined the whole day... may as well eat whatever I want.
I am also a bit 'eh' with life in general right now. Ok... today. And again... for no reason really. OK... there is a reason, and I know what it is. There is a lot going on with all the people in my life, and I have no control over any of it, and I feel helpless and lost. And even though I know that everyone has their own shit going on, and frankly like I care a lot more about a lot of people in my life than they do about me. That may be completely untrue and unreasonable, but this is my blog and I'll whine if I want to. I'm sure everyone must feel like this from time-to-time.... right?
Wow... Can you believe that I DON'T have PMS!? ;-)
Anyhoo. I don't want to end on a yucky note. The kids are back to school this week, YAY!! Sean's first day was today and he says it was a great day! Jessi goes back tomorrow and is looking very forward to it. AND FOOTBALL STARTS THIS WEEKEND!!!!! WOOO HOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Oh yeah... and I got a promotion at work, which I love, and am excited about... but certainly is playing into my dramatic mood right now. Change is hard... and tis the time of year for change.

A basement breakthough.... sorta.
The other day my facebook status was...
"There is nothing I hate more than not being able to figure out tech shit on my own. Except geese. And basements. And that thing from 'The Grudge.'"
I have a completely irrational fear of basements. At least I THOUGHT it was an irrational because somehow.... while I am a pretty smart cookie... I never made the connection between my basement fear and an experience I had in a basement causing it. That is until Jessi read my status and said, "Oh.... yeah... you hate basements because of that thing that happened." and I was all "What thing that happened???" And she says... "You know.... that story you told me about the thing that happened when you were a kid and you were playing hide-and-seek." And I was all... "O.....M.....G YOU ARE RIGHT!!!!!!!!! The feeling I get in, or near a basement takes me IMMEDIATELY back to the feeling I had when 'the thing' happened!!"
The thing that happened....
I grew up in a cul de sac in East Hartford, Connecticut. A neighborhood where all the houses were duplexes and they are all pretty much the same, just different colors. It was a great place to be a kid (then... now it's all ghetto'd up from what I hear). There were tons of kids in the neighborhood and it was the kind of life where the kids were kicked out of the house to "play outside" in the morning, and we were out all day until the street lights came on and we knew it was time to go in. There was also something familiar and comforting going to each others houses, because they were all the same, so everyone's house kinda felt like your house.
One day we were playing hide-and-seek at Jennifer house. Her parents were at work for the day and I am pretty sure we weren't supposed to all be in there playing, but we were. I was the seeker. I sat at the top of the basement stairs (it was a finished basement/playroom in the front and unfinished laundry room/storage in the back) and counted and then began to seek. After seeking and upstairs and downstairs unsuccessfully, I decided as a last resort to check the basement even though I knew nobody could be down there because that's where I was counting from and there was no way anyone could be down there. I walked down the stairs and someone was walking towards me. I was pissed because we had a "no going down the laundry chute or going in the basement rule" and I totally thought Jen was cheating. I don't remember what I said, but I yelled at her and let her know I was pissed. She kept walking towards me and as my eyes adjusted to the darkness I realized that it was not Jen. It looked at first like a lady with a white dress on... and also a little bit like a football player in a white uniform (don't ask... I have NO idea... but I can picture it like it was yesterday and even then I did a double take in confusion as I couldn't believe what I was seeing.) IT kept coming towards me and I freakin' hightailed it up the stairs and outta there and outside... where everyone was waiting for me because I had taken so long trying to find them all. Jen was out there too and I remember yelling at her about being down there and cheating and using the laundry chute even though I knew that obviously she wasn't... since she was outside when I ran out there.
So... there it is. "The thing that happened."
I now make the connection about WHY I hate basements. But that doesn't mean I will be entering one anytime soon... or ever, whether there is a tornado warning... a chupacabra in my livingroom... or an axe-murderer in the office. Not. Gonna. Happen.

Summer
Well everyone else blogged, so I guess I should too. Plus I am bored anyway. I would LOVE to go for a walk or a bike ride, but the horseflies right now are BRUTAL and I am already COVERED in mosquito and horsefly bites, I feel like I have the freakin' chickenpox I am so itchy!!!
Summer is in full swing. The other night we had Rick's birthday party, which for some reason to me always means summer has truly arrived. The party was fun, minus a little drama that I could have done without.
Dyan introduced me to a very yummy/easy new drink! I'll share with y'all cuz that's how I roll...
1 cup tequila
1 can of limeade
1 bottle of beer
That's it! She likes them blended with ice, I made them 'on the rocks' ....but I think that next time I'll blend some up. SO GOOD... and FYI... I HATE HATE HATE the taste and smell of beer!!
Jessi and I have been doing the "Couch to 5k" program. We start week 4 this week. I am also still going strong with my only eating once a day plan. I realize this plan is a little self-destructive, but the weight is coming off and if I feel like being a little self-destructive right now, then that is what I am going to do! And frankly... being fat is no less self-destructive than what I am doing. It's a little ironic that people have no trouble commenting about how what I am doing right now is not healthy... it's dangerous... it's a bad idea.... yet, nobody says a word to me when I am downing a pint of Ben and Jerry's Coffee Heath Bar Crunch, or mowing through a plate of Irish Nachos like I am never going to eat again. I am not-at-all trying to be bitchy right now and I am also not talking about my friends/family that are just concerned about me... it's the other people who feel the need to insert their uninvited opinions.

Because everything is better with a little cheese.
"Yummly" posted this recipe on facebook yesterday and I have been able to think about nothing else. Partly because they just looked so damn delicious... and partly because on Monday I decided that in addition to my daily morning run, I was only going to eat only one meal a day and nothing else. So... yeah... I am pretty effing hungry. ;-)
They didn't have cheese on theirs, but as mentioned in the title... EVERYTHING is better with cheese. Seriously. For reals.
They were DELICIOUS!!! Seriously. Like even yummier than I thought they would be!! YUM YUM YUM!!!
P.S. Random post, I know.... hadn't played with my camera in awhile, so thought I'd go all "pioneer woman" on ya ;-)

Shoulda gone to the beach yesterday.
But we didn't.
Instead Rick and I got up first thing and did a little volunteer job for the program at our agency that does small repairs for the elderly and disabled to help them remain independent in their homes. (Wow that was a long sentence!) Our task yesterday was to put in an A/C unit for an elderly woman in Bangor, one we got there we also moved some stuff around for her too. Earlier in the week I went and swept out another lady's carport (I love saying "carport" ...almost as much as I love saying "Lanai" LOL), that one was fun. Engaged my IPOD and then literally swept an hour away! MUCH BETTER than going home and spending that same hour watching General Hospital and eating goldfish crackers.
Not to say I am not still getting my TV time in ;-) Like I said... we should have gone to the beach yesterday. But instead, once our EZ Fix job was done, Jessi and I took FULL advantage of the free movie channel preview weekend on Directv. And now today is a rainy, crappy day.... so we are cooped up inside.... today taking advantage of the fact that Netflix has the whole series of Xena available for my instant viewing pleasure :)
Oh and that "other" photo up there.... Well Rick and I met and went out to lunch at Subway on Friday and he used me as a pawn in his little photo texting game that he plays with some other idiot ;-) Sometimes I just sit back and bask in his level of decorum and maturity.

This dog smells.
- Why do dogs insist on rolling in dead things... smelly things... gross things???
- Why do dogs insist on walking through EVERY PUDDLE and every bit of mud and then track it all into the house??
- Why do dogs get into the trash given the slimmest window of opportunity??
- Why do dogs eat things they shouldn't and then puke them up in the very spot where you don't notice it before you step in it with bare feet??
- And most of all... WHY do PEOPLE still invite these beasts to live in our homes!!!??

Do I REALLY have to go back to work tomorrow!???
Guess what????
I forgot the fucking ribs. ROFL. I got texts, voicemails, and phonecalls from many concerned coworkers all afteroon, and laughed every time. It really does take a village to raise this girl. Jody and Tom came to the rescue. And Tom was able to remember at the unreasonable time of 3:30am when he should only be thinking about Turkey hunting, what could not remember at the completely normal time of 3:30PM when all _I_ had to think about was not to forget the fucking ribs.
Mom came up to visit for the weekend and we had a great visit. And Mom being here meant LOTS of baby Kaelyn all weekend long!!!

Blog slacker.
So.... what have we been up to?? Well....
I am an AUNTIE!! Tim and Kristie had a BEAUTIFUL baby girl. So exciting!! So happy for them. She is just precious and causes INSTANT baby fever the second you see her. I want a baby. But I don't. But I do. But I really don't.
We went to a great concert. Sean's FIRST concert! We saw Avenged Sevenfold and Three Days Grace. SO FUN! Not only did Sean have an amazing time, but he also got a 'high 5' from the lead singer of 'Three Days Grace.' He was so starstruck... it was fantastic!!
School is DONE!! I have officially taken all the courses that I need to be a certified teacher. All I need to do is student teach. Someday. SO SO SO glad school is done. Between school.... changes at work... volunteering... trying to exercise (and then wallowing in "today was bad but TOMORROW it's ON" when I didn't do it) turkey hunting season (HATE HATE HATE) and life in general... I was overwhelmed to say the least. Definitely reached my breaking point... and definitely took it out on, well... everyone really. I suck. Just having school off my plate feels like a 500lb elephant has been taken out of my pocket. Maybe now I can stop being a bitch.
Oh yeah. And Rick got a new riding lawnmower and a shed to go with it. The shed is still a work-in-progress... shocker. I love those boys... but task-masters, they are not. ;-)

Spring Break is over. Boo.
The cruise was SO GREAT... as most of you already know from FB. There is nothing like truly getting away from it all with only your best friend, who is more like a sister than a friend. (i.e. we can want to scratch each other's eyes out one second and know that we'll be laughing about it the next) The only thing that kinda sucked was that I caught a nasty cold halfway through the cruise that only got worse until yesterday when it turned into a raging fever, a nap... and now is on it's way out.Spring Break is over and that totally sucks. I was supposed to start student teaching next semester, but decided to take the semester off instead. I think I have discussed here before, that I will have to quit my job in order to student teach, and I am just not ready to leave there yet for many reasons. Not to mention the economy and state budget cuts and all that jazz that doesn't make me eager to ditch a job that I like for a job that may not even exist. I will be a teacher someday, I have no doubt about that. Just not today. Or tomorrow. Or next Tuesday.
Other than that... hmmm... We found a new guitar teacher for the kids who will come to the house and teach them both for 1/2 hour each, they will start next week. Jessi has decided that she is now a tennis aficionado. I have no idea where that came from. She is taking lessons for a couple weeks and then try-outs at school for the tennis team. Seriously, NO IdEA where this all came from.

Cruisin'
Day One....
We went back to the room before dinner and I went to call the room attendant to come separate our beds and the phone totally wasn’t working. Nicole was laughing hysterically and I am all indignant and pissy and like ‘WHAT!??? It doesn’t freakin’ work!!!” And she (who is crying laughing at this point) says, “That’s because it’s the room safe, you retard.” Ahh… so that’s why it wouldn’t work ;-)
After dinner it was off to the dance club, it was 80’s night!! One of the RC staffers talked Nicole into making a special guest appearance as Madonna J She totally rocked that shiz!!
Cozumel, Mexico Day!
Finally... Paradise Beach!! My FAVORITE PLACE IN THE UNIVERSE!! What a great day of sun soaking, beverage drinking, swimming, snorkeling annnnnnndddd.... PARASAILING!!!! I almost didn't do it because nicole wouldn't go with me, but decided that I'll only live once and there is no time like the present! Nicole did come along for the boat ride though. It was SO FREAKIN COOL!!! I could see the whole island of Cozumel, Very fun and neat!
We so didnt want to leave there and our Cabana Boy told us that we could go live at his house with him (and that was even BEFORE we his $32 tip... LOL), but since we were kissin' the time the boat was going to leave, we thought it best to go. It was then that we realized that I paid afroementioned cabana boy with the last of my cash, and Nicole didnt have ebnough for the cab ride back to the pier, so we were in a bit of a pickle, Dick, ;-) One of the Paradise Beach gusy rescued us and talked a cab driver into taking us and stopping an an ATM on teh way. Ahhh.... good times ROFL!!
Another "At Sea" Day tomorrow... there is still so much on this boat that we haven't seen or done. My main goal tomorrow. BLACKJACK!! Wish me luck :)

Planes, Pedicures, and P.F. Changs
Nicole and I arrived in Tampa with little to no shenanigans. I was very sad to have not spotted any Jets players at the Newark airport, but let's be honest, I'd probably be in jail now if I had... especially if it was my little Sanchez ;-) Bernie Williams was on our plane tough... I didn't know who he was until I just googled him, so that was kind of a fail. LOL
Once in Tampa we headed straight to our favorite pedicure place, the same one we went to last year and got our feet all prettied up. Then it was off to dinner at P.F. Changs. CAN YOU SAY FOOD ORGASM!??? Seriously. SO GOOD!! The fun began even before dinner while we were waiting at the bar for a table. Lots laughing with everyone, getting high-fives from those impressed at our kid-less/husband-less adventure... and getting an invitation to continue the party afterwards at one of the guys hotel rooms... which we obviously passed on ;-)
I am stuffed to the gills and exhausted!!

I am sitting on someone else's couch. It should be my couch. But it's not. Why, you ask? Well... because the furniture store effed up and brought the wrong color, but graciously allowed us to keep this wrong colored couch for the few weeks it takes for them to deliver the right colored couch. Where will wrong-colored-couch go when it leaves here? Who knows, but... it's kinda ew, right?
So... how about that Charlie Sheen, huh? WINNING!! LOL
It's been a loooooong week of emotional turmoil for Charlie and me both...lol! Honestly 60% of it is probably PMS related... the rest is probably I-need-a-vacation-from-work-school-and-life related. I feel bad when I drag others onto rides on my crazy train, but I am lucky and fortunate to have people in my life that are pros at navigating said train, and still stick around to ride it again next month ;-) ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Love you guys ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
6 Days til said vacation occurs!! I can't freakin' wait!! Look forward to lots of blogs and pics. You know I can't stay disconnected for the whole time! That is NOT how this girl rolls!!

A hall pass? Really?
Jessi just commented that EVERY TIME I see the trailer for that Hall Pass movie, I exclaim, "WHO WOULD REALLY DO THAT!!???" Every time. I didn't even realize I did it every time, but seriously... WHO WOULD REALLY DO THAT!?? Jessi thinks that ::::insert teenage girl voice here::: "Like.... I bet a lot of people are totally trying it now because movies totally influence people and society... and I bet that it's ending like REALLY badly all over the place."
Nothing exists in a vacuum. Even if you were a moron enough to think it might be a good idea for a week... would you REALLY not have the foresight to realize that someday... maybe not for a week... or a month... or even a YEAR... that shit is comin' back to haunt both of you. There is no way in hell there would be no hurt feelings there. That's just crazy talk.
And on a another slightly related but really funny note...
I was looking at cruise stuff online the other night and found this pdf....
The Swinger Cruise
Apparently the ship we are cruising on also offers a yearly "swingers cruise" LOL... the LOLs and jaw drops of reading the pdf made it totally something I had to share with you all ;-)
An excerpt....
"PLAYROOMS – PLAYROOMS – PLAYROOMS
The preliminary plans for the playrooms are outstanding. Wow – itʼs Huge! When we said Bob &
Tess went over every inch of the ship, a lot of time was spent on hashing out details for the play
room. First the logistics were considered; are there bathrooms close by and what about drink
service. We hear there wonʼt be a shortage of mattresses either. Many popular themes are on
the planning slate; chocolate room, bdsm room, fucking machines & sybians room. You get the
idea. The one thing I can tell you for certain is that there will be plenty of space for play. A huge
venue and a few smaller spots have been tagged as playrooms."
Yeah.... and we have circled right back to... WHO DOES THAT!!???
Apparently a lot of people since....

Sunshine misses me.
<~~~ That's sunshine. She lives at Paradise Beach in Cozumel, Mexico. She sent me this e-mail a couple weeks ago.
Dear Colleen,
It has been a year since you took this photo of me and talked to me. I miss you. Please come to Paradise Beach and visit me soon or I will surely pull out all of my feathers or something.
Your's Truly (awwwwk), Sunshine.
Well... how could I say NO to THAT! She's such a pretty bird ;-) So.... Nicole and I are ditching responsibilities. kids and men and running away to paradise. Just like that. That is how I roll damnit. We are cruising on Royal Caribbean. I know, I know... I said I would never cruise again, but that was the only way to get to Paradise Beach without a passport (can't get one fast enough to use for spring break) So we will see if it's Carnival I don't like... or cruising in general ;-)
P.S. If you don't believe that Sunshine really sent me this.. check out this photo that someone just posted on Paradise Beaches FB page... this bird has SKILLZ!! LOL
P.P.S LOL...comparing the photos... I don't think that is the same bird. But you get the idea :-D

Weight Watchers. Again.
I went bridesmaid dress shopping on Saturday with my co-bridemaids who of course, are all thin and lovely. I cried all the way home. (Hormones may have played a little role in that.)
So... my choices are....
I choose #3.
I also, as I always do, roped/guilted a bunch of people into joining my efforts. Misery loves company, right?
Karyn had the GENIUS idea that we should take *before* photos to help us get a good jumpstart. I hope you got the sarcasm in the 'genius' part. Ugh. I was wearing a sweater that didn't show off my fat NEARLY enough, so I may or may not have done a quick shirt change in a vacationing co-worker's cubicle...LOL!
Oh... and here is a link to Karyn's Blog so that I am not alone in the posting of humiliating photos.

So... my choices are....
- be a giant fat blob beside a bunch of thin pretty women. (No fucking thank you.)
- not be a bridesmaid (again... no thank you, I love the bride and groom immensely and am delighted and honored that they want me to be a part of their wedding)
- Get back to losing weight and not be a fucking blob. Or at least less of one.

I am very impressionable...
This is not new information to most of you. I am strong and opinionated and I do what I want, when I want, but on the other hand.... I am an advertisers DREAM. Example. I LOVE my Droid X phone. After years of whining about wanting Verizon to get the iphone, Verizon annouced they are getting the iphone!! ...and I didn't even care. My phone is better than an iphone. Couldn't have cared less. Until the commercials started.... 'the wait is over...." "iphone and verizon... finally together..." "2.10.11" After every commercial I have a brief moment of "OOOOOhhhh... I WANT!!" WHY!?? I DON'T WANT... I AM SUCH A SUCKER FOR HYPE!!!!
Anyhoo. My latest suck-in is the Kindle. I'm sure it has NOTHING to do with the fact that Nicole just got one too. NOTHING AT ALL! The "clincher" was I saw a news story about a new book 'Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother.' I went on Amazon to buy the book and the kindle version was $2 cheaper. So CLEARLY... I NEEDED a Kindle!! It practically pays for ITSELF!! (LOL)
So I am reading my new 'book' on my new Kindle... and the book is completely consuming my thoughts and making me question my parenting. My kids are freakin' spoiled and undisciplined! I don't want to be a 'Tiger Mother' and threaten to burn their toys if they don't complete the full daily 90 minute piano lesson... but I also don't want to be the mother who I am. The mother who lets the kids quit everything they start because "it's boring..." "it's too hard..." The mother who does not expect excellence and perseverance from my kids and falls for every excuse rather than fight with them about it...."I don't want to practice guitar right now, I'm at the last level of this game." "I know you said I had to clean my room, but there is a party at _____ tonight, Can't I do it tomorrow?" (and if you couldn't guess, tomorrow never comes)
One of the things she says in the book that really stuck with me was that NOTHING that you have to learn is fun until you are good at it! So if you don't work to get good at things... you are NEVER going to have fun!
So... It's time to have some "FUN" here at the Jordan house! LOOK OUT!!

What happens when football season ends?
Seriously. I never thought I would be the girl who lives and breathes NFL. The Jets were the underdogs against the Pats yesterday and we had a house full for the game... a house full of Pats fans! I said before the game that win or lose, I am SO happy with this team and this football season. Football has brought together great friends, great food, and great fun for the past few months. The fact that the Jets are KICKING ASS is just icing on the cake!!
Back to school tomorrow. Ugh. I should be more excited. I know I want to be a teacher. I even took the opportunity to "teach" while driving Jessi and her friends to the mall today. We had a great discussion about Martin Luther King Day and what it means, and how our lives are different because of him, and how they may be different had he never existed. It was great!!!
I will leave you with the BEST POST GAME INTERVIEW EVER!! It made me want to join the team and run onto the beat and beat the Pats asses all over again!!!
P.S. As to the answer of my opening question.... It's not baseball or basketball. Puke to both!
